• Unopened new products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• ** Opened new products will incur a 15% restocking fee.
• No refunds, exchanges or credit will be issued after 30 days, except for warranty or items with service plan.
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
• No refunds, exchanges or credit will be issued on items sold as "Demo", "Used" or "Open Box".

* Unopened new products are exactly as they were packaged by manufacturer and have never been opened.

** Opened new products have not been installed or used, contain all original contents, but original packaging has been opened.

**Non-Returnable Merchandise:

Special orders may not be returned. Due to the special nature of ordering non-stocked merchandise, special orders may not be returned for refund or credit. Special orders are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Deposits for special orders that we are unable to cancel are not refundable.
